Bison Transport acquires BC based Glenncoe Transport
WINNIPEG, MANITOBA, June 28, 2007 - Bison Transport is pleased to announce it's purchase of Glenncoe Transport
Ltd. Glenncoe Transport is a truckload carrier, primarily serving British Columbia, Alberta and the US Pacific
Northwest. Glenncoe is a Kelowna based company, owned and operated by the Coe family since 1972. Glenncoe
Transport operates 160 trucks, 550 trailers and employs more than 200 people.

connecting Ontario with Alberta/BC, a Refrigerated Division serving U.S. and Canada, and their
rapid expansion of turnpike double operations (twin 53' trailers) in MB, SK, and AB. Glenncoe
provides significant truckload capacity to the Alberta & BC marketplace, having established strong
connections to the growing Asian import business arriving in Vancouver, and strong regional
knowledge of the BC interior market as well.
